Rikk has a lovely place! He was extremely accommodating, and the home itself is gorgeous. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that when we entered the home a man who said he was Rikk's nephew was smoking on the couch which left a weed smell, and the air conditioning seemed to not be powerful enough to cool the 20 guests in the home as multiple people mentioned they were too warm. The home itself was beautiful, the view was awesome, and Rikk's service was great. I trust the aforementioned concerns will be fixed for future renters. Thanks, Rikk!
