Georgiana and Husky where one of the most amazing site reps I've ever work with. They work with me on our project's schedule, as well as all the needs we had. They were kind and just wonderful The space is perfect to build a few sets in advance, the space is very accommodating and there's a parking lot close by if you need a base camp / parking for your talent and crew

Stephen's home was a fantastic shooting location. I used it for a car photoshoot, so we only used the exterior, but it was a very easy process and Stephen was great to work with. I popped inside and it was beautiful, so I'd also consider returning there for an interior shoot in the future.

Ana was great! Very business oriented and available to help with whatever needs my production team needed. I will without a doubt be booking with her again. The location comes as pictured to the T and provides the isolation one needs to effectively utilize the space. With Wifi, speakers, and such a clean space you cannot go wrong.

Love the location and the Owner. It has so much space and it was just what we needed for this scene. It is beautiful and at the same time with so much creative potential. We had a very good experience, Mariam the owner was absolutely amazing, very helpful!. Our production totally recommend this location and we will be back without a doubt !

My experience shooting here was wonderful. I was looking for a quiet, suburban house with a low key, reasonably spacious interior (for a small crew) that did not have white walls. After viewing a few houses I found this one and thought it would work really well. It has plenty of space inside and a big backyard and kitchen, and it feels lived in and real. It's also on a very quiet street with regular trees, not palm trees, which was important for the story. So we booked it. From that first visit to the end of the shoot our host Lori was so accommodating and friendly. She always responded to messages and questions and was an excellent communicator. She went out of her way to make me and the rest of the crew feel at home during the shoot. She even trimmed a hedge so we could do a shot where we needed to see out of her front window. I am honestly so thankful to her for being so understanding, open, and helpful; it made the stressful process of filming so much easier. She herself works in the insustry so she 'gets it' - I can't over-express what a generous and kind person she is. I 100% recommend this as a location for small shoots.

Absolutely great people and a great location, truly ideal. I hope to come back to them many a time. It is pristine indoors and outdoors, huge driveway and some nearby parking in an empty lot.
