Matt is an amazing host, the whole transaction was super easy and on the day of the event he was extremely helpful, I was all over the place organizing the party and the venue was the easiest part. The place is beautiful, every single person in the party asked me about, he offered everything he could to help us and to make our party ready. Highly recommend it and I hope to be back for more events.

Hosted a bridal shower here with 30 ladies attending. The space is huge, and the amenities surpass many other venues available in a similar price range. The full kitchen was great to heat up hors d'oeuvres and prepare any food. There are two public parking lots on either side of the venue as well as lots of street parking. The ceilings are tall, warehouse windows are lovely, and the plants added a special touch. Photography was fantastic with the wall! Many guests were very impressed with the space and asked how I found it. It truly is a great space to use for any event. Special thanks to Dylan who communicated very well.

This event space was great for the birthday event I hosted. It was very spacious with more than enough space for all my guests (50 People) and to setup multiple stations/tables for games. The space is also well insulated when it comes to keeping the sound of music and people speaking inside the space rather than leaking outside to the street and neighbors. Overall my experience with the owner was great as she was very understanding, patient and active throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this event space to anyone looking.
