Matt and his wife were very friendly and welcoming, I felt at home right away! I was able to keep very open lines of communication with Matt leading up to my photoshoot and he was very thorough with the walkthrough on the day, so there was absolutely no guesswork, and everybody knew exactly what to expect. The space itself is stunning, the flooring has recently been redone with very clean hardwood. The photos are very accurate, what you see here is what you can expect. Genius design of this place, it's amazing how much you can do with just one room - the plants by the window give you lots of life and colour, the fairy lights on the ceiling are great for dreamy bokeh in portraits, and if you want to clean up the background and focus on your subject, the plain white wall opposite the plants gives you that as well. VERY happy with everything about this space. The owners are passionate and creative and it obviously shows.

This location was the perfect hosting space to accommodate a large group after the AGO at a very reasonable rate. Your team was fantastic when I arrived and what was communicated was available. Everyone was quick to accommodate preferences like changing the lighting and even the music and layout of furniture. Communication with your partner was prompt. The space is located in a location that is easily accessible by public transit, but it is a little hard to find as it is not on the main street of the address. The space also appeared to be shared at times with a company, which meant going through their office space when the bathroom needed to be accessed. This was not mentioned whatsoever by the owner and I only discovered this once I arrived at the space. But the actual space is very spacious and well accommodated for a large group of people.
