The location was so perfect for our bridal shower. Pretty, clean, lots of parking. That being said, there needs to be a better system. I specifically reached out on Monday to confirm that the venue knew we were coming and that somebody would be available to help if we had a problem. Inwas reassured that was the case, but when I arrived a security guard knew nothing about it, questioned me up and down, and then when we had two maintenance issues… could not turn the fireplace off and it was 85 in the room and several electrical outlets not working, could not reach anybodu. Fortunately one of our guests knew what to do with the fireplace, and we had brought two power strips. Like Insaid… great space, would book again and recommend, but please find a way for your clients to get help if they need it.

Ozlem and her fabulous staff went above and beyond with planning, assisting, and creating the most incredible space for my daughter’s Surprise Bridal Shower! This space is spectacular with a rustic yet elegant feel in the heart of SoHo. Technology for featured music and film were in place, along with the assistance of her tech specialist. The staff helped us enormously with the set up as I was just owing out of the hospital and cancelling the shower was never an option! Ozlem stepped in as if she had known me for years and I will never forget her enthusiasm, support, and genuine kindness. I’m delighted to call her my fiend now!
