Very cool space which provided a great scenery, great lighting, and an amazing view from the house. The host was kind, helpful, and very responsive. I would highly recommend using this space.

Sally who was in charge of the house was amazing, she was so helpful with touring us around, recommending garbage solutions parking and much more. The house has a great look to everything and felt like the perfect spot for a haunted narrative.

The property has literally the best view in the entire city. Our entire team was absolutely blown away. Mani, the host is a great guy. He makes sure you have everything you need and are taken care of, throughout your shoot. While he is available for any questions or assitance, he stays out of the way in his office. We shot about 20 locations in the last 6 weeks and this property in Runyon Canyon was the best. If you can afford it, it's worth every penny!
