This space was great! I loved the ease of the booking and the location. I had a few clients meet me there and it was central to each of them. This is a beautiful home in a gorgeous neighborhood and the weather stays cool since it's so close to the ocean. We cheated it for two locations (living room/kitchen for one house and formal dining room for a second house) and it worked great! The owner was friendly and helpful. It's a little tight for gear inside but the back patio glass door open all the way so you can back some gear out that way. The permit was easy albeit a bit pricey. Plenty of parking nearby. A beautiful home with some lovely unique elements that make it look great on camera.
