Our Office space is located on the second story of the historic, secure Lee & Young Building in the heart of Chinatown, Honolulu. The space is 273 sq. ft. with a private, secure entrance. 9 ft. ceilings make the main space feel open, and the additional storage/dressing room keep your project or event area free from clutter. It is clean, well lit, air conditioned, and has plenty of electrical outlets. There is access to a sink, printer, and water/coffee/tea in the adjoining art studio. R

This is a rage room and splatter art studio. A very unique space, we have rented it out a few times for music videos. We have lots of black lighting in common areas, with junk turned art on the walls. Two rage room spaces, both with lighting and one has a bay door street level, the other has a brick wall.
