I rented this place and it was amazing. I did a sweet sixteen party and it was perfect. Vance and his wife Olga made sure all our tech needs were met! They were super helpful and extremely friendly. This is a great venue to hold your parties.

First off, need to thank Amit for being reliable, responsive & helpful with our booking. Also understanding for last minute things. His backyard is BEYOND beautiful and spacious. Felt like I was in paradise! All of our guest loved it & the kids fell in love with the pool. My mom’s favorite was the cave. My personal favorite was the picnic table in the corner by the shady tree. I would recommend this place to anyone 1000% !! Big enough for any type of event. He also let us use the tables , chairs & speaker for our party. We had taco catering, soft play rental & everything fit perfectly. Book with Amit, you won’t be disappointed. We definitely will come back here. Thank you Amit for making my nieces party a dream come true !

Tre, our host, was fantastic. He was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that every detail was taken care of from start to finish. The DJ equipment was top-notch, allowing us to crank up the music without any sound escaping outside. This feature was a major plus, as it kept the energy high without disturbing anyone. My friends and I had an unforgettable night celebrating my birthday. The staff were all professional and took care of all the clean-up, which made the evening even more enjoyable. Communication throughout the planning process was seamless, and everything was executed perfectly on the day of the event. Beautiful home in the hills of Hawaii Kai !! House has a lot of charm and was clean with fully stocked supplies and everything you would need comfortably to enjoy an Hawaiian Vacation and/or staycation . Communication was awesome contacted owner a few days before my husbands event and they were so accommodating and responsive to our needs . Our go to staycation home in Oahu .
