Before I talk about the beautiful scenery for video shoot. I would like to talk about the great people there. Renee and Benjamin were so helpful and kind to me and my camera guy. The outside weather was hot due to the summer and Renee offered many ways to help us out to cool down and it was very much appreciated. She also let us do more video scenes in the bar as well which is very thankful. Met Benjamin while inside the bar area and he was very kind as well and helpful and gave us cool ideas to use for the video inside the caboose. Also his art is very very beautiful. This place is highly recommended by me. If you love art aesthetics and the atmosphere of wonderful people then this place is it. Thank you so much!!

No need to go all the way to Palm Springs, it's all right in this house. No need for any props either, it's all there. Site rep runs the house so she knows it in and out. Owner was around, too, and let us do our thing. Easy to book, meets the budget nicely!

This host was one of the greatest host we have ever experienced on set. Everything was provided to us that we needed, communication was excellent and nothing felt out of place. Would highly recommend it if you need a place to shoot an elegant and photogenic living area.

Beautiful, wide-open space inside and out. You get a lot of light due to the various doors and windows which was perfect for this particular shoot. Homeowners were very accommodating and pleasurable to work with. I'd book this place again!

I am a USC Film student, and this was my first time booking with giggster, and I could’ve had a more fantastic experience. The homeowners were so lovely and welcoming. They offered us seating and refreshments. So kind. Plenty of parking for large crews. The location is super quiet and perfect for getting good audio. The house is beautiful, and honestly, no set decorating is needed. Great lighting and plenty of natural lighting from windows to play with. I highly recommend choosing this location for shooting. You’ll not regret it :)
