This is a wonderful 6 flat apartment building, around 100 years old, in need of much repair. The front of the apartments have beautiful French Door Windows, Juliette Balconies, and the lighting is so wonderful. The back of the apartments were demolished after the flood from the storm. 4 of the units are unfurnished, but we are flexible, and could provide furniture if desired.
