I rented this space to host my 40th birthday party. The inside is actually quite large, especially when the furniture is removed. We had a few tables set up with food and drinks and had access to a mini bar fridge in the "living room" area. Sarah also provided tubs for us to fill with ice to put our drinks in. The best part of the whole place is the outdoor patio (no photo in the listing). It's like a garden oasis with bbq and couches/chairs. I hired a band for the night and they played outside and it was the most epic experience! So many of my guests kept telling me how impressed they were with the space and kept asking how I scored it. One person even said they wanted to live there! I think this space is very functional for a number of purposes and Sarah is very relaxed and is pretty easy going with whatever ideas you may have. The only thing I noticed is she seemed to have lot on the go and got a few things mixed up when I spoke with her different times but it didn't impact anything in the end and everything worked out perfectly. I was extremely happy with my decision to book this place and would recommend it to anyone.

The gallery and outdoor space were perfect exactly what was described and photographed. Communication with Nyssa easy and helpful. Our team had the best time filming and got really amazing footage. Overall fantastic experience! A great value for the money, worth every penny.
