Loved this beautiful space! There was a lot to work with both inside and outside. The backyard had beautiful morning light. Rudy was super kind and easy to work with as well. He was around if we needed him but let us do our thing. Very chill and fun shoot, I'd definitely book this location again!

This farmhouse on the edge of Nyack was PERFECT for our needs! We filmed mostly in the basement (for our thriller film) and also in a room on the 2nd floor. But we used the entire house for production- HMU in the dining room, crafty in the kitchen, holding in the living room, and camera equipment in the 2nd bedroom upstairs. The house has 2 bathrooms, which was enough for our crew of 12 and cast of 5. It’s an old house, so everyone had to stop walking while rolling (due to creaky floorboards), but that worked fine for our project. Chase and Belen were incredibly kind and helpful hosts, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a successful shoot. We are so grateful we found the perfect location for our film with the coolest, kindest hosts!

Che meravigliosa esperienza lavorare con Chelsea e la sua splendida e versatile location. Lo spazio è ampio e il confortevole seminterrato è molto utile come ufficio di produzione. Abbiamo apprezzato quanto Chelsea sia stata disponibile e comunicativa in ogni fase, e che abbia persino fornito un appendiabiti, grucce, sedie e tavoli per la nostra produzione. Non abbiamo registrato l'audio e quindi abbiamo potuto tenere la porta scorrevole aperta per la piacevole brezza di quel giorno. Ma se intendete registrare l'audio – dato che nella zona ci sono alcuni magazzini all'ingrosso e consegne durante il giorno – vorrete tenere quella porta chiusa. La parte più interessante è stata poter creare più look/set all'interno di questa unica location. La bellissima isola della cucina è su ruote, il che è fantastico per cambiare il set (parete blu/libreria vs. cucina autunnale vs. muro di mattoni bianchi con luce intensa dall'esterno verso l'interno).
