Ryan is a great host, and the space offers a number of interesting opportunities for filming. With minimal dressing, we made it look like a department store. Plenty of street parking around, and easy to get to.

Kirsten is the absolute best! We couldn't have asked for a better host for our rehearsal. She was super pleasant to deal with and very accommodating. This space is great for any of your theatre or event needs. What a great space!

The space was great, and I loved that tables and chairs were included. It saved me from having rentals to the space. My party was a success, and the extra room was useful for storing things out of the way.

The space is large and beautiful, exactly as pictured. Very clean. There is a projector and having 3 rooms was very convenient for our event. We had excellent communication from the venue owner. Great location, would book again.

We rented the space as a hub for the shooting of a TV commercial. Our talents stayed inside to touch up on hair and makeup, waiting for their turn to shoot. We appreciate the central location of the The Well, the abundance parking spaces and the large outdoor area. We even ordered pizza and ate at the picnic tables in the parking lot. Kirsten answered all of our questions promptly and it was a pleasure working with her.
