Overall it was a great experience! Owners were kind and accommodating. The space looks phenomenal on camera. Things to consider when using this space are 1) the railroad tracks close by - trains sometimes caused minor delays due to noise. 2) There are two diffused direct overhead ceiling windows in the large open space that produce a great look, but we had a cloudy day that caused lighting to change whenever clouds blocked the sun (turned out to be minor).

We shot a culinary and interior design commercial here and the house was absolutely perfect! We had over 40 people on the shoot and the layout of the house allows a lot of room for equipment and people to spread out and feel comfortable. Not only that, the interior design of the house is gorgeous, extremely modern and chic. The stairs are a workout for sure so make sure you have extra hands on deck to help with bringing stuff in and out! The host was extremely kind, attentive & helpful. We highly recommend this place for any type of shoot!

Our experience was completely magical We had our daughters ceremony there and our guest we’re blown away by how beautiful the outdoor garden was. I definitely recommend this place the owner is a gem she made us feel so comfortable and the house was ready for us to just how she promise extremely thankful for our experience and would love to celebrate a future event there .
