Great location! The hosts were very accommodating and flexible. Their home was only 15 minutes from the GWB and there was plenty of parking. Their spacious home and property have tremendous character. The extra wide front door was ideal for moving in all our equipment/props. Additionally, the oversized halls provided optimal shooting opportunities. Also, the very large finished basement worked perfectly as a staging area and dressing room.

Kristyna and Evan went above and beyond to help us shoot our short film! They accommodated a last minute booking when our previous location fell through and were extremely helpful during our expedited pre-production process - they both have film production experience so they understand the unique needs of renting a space for a film shoot and were thoughtful, gracious, and communicative every step of the way. The house itself is such a unique and eclectic space - great for production! Truly cannot recommend them enough (the hosts and the house)!

I had my 40th birthday party in the backyard. It was the PERFECT venue. My guests enjoyed playing cornhole and jenga, sitting by the fire pit, and hitting the bar for another drink. We set up a photo wall and got some great photos to celebrate. The lighting, especially the pool lights, make a nighttime event so fun. Chris was awesome with all of our needs, from taking out the trash to providing a corkscrew for our wine. Thank you, Chris, for such a great night!!!

Location is amazing! Views are awesome! Rikk was extremely accommodating and helpful in preparation leading up to the event, and even during the event. Could not have asked for a better host! My only issue would be that it seemed like the air conditioning was not working properly, and the fact that it was a really hot day didn't help. Had it not been for the air conditioning issue this would've been a 5 star review.

A RARE find in Los Angeles. Gothic, Brick exterior front with dramatic driveway to side of house. Backyard is gorgeous with tennis court and pool. Foliage surrounds the HUGE backyard for privacy. Property can double as Europe. Looks very remote. I was able to use this location as 5 different location looks. Nassir is a very lovely and polite host. Can't wait to come back.
