The space is beautiful and perfect for a small lecture space. It is so easy to get to and has plenty of parking. And the best part of all is how wonderful Terry is to work with. I can’t recommend this place enough.

While I ended up needing to cancel this event space, I felt strongly that I needed to provide glowing feedback for Terry! Terry reached out immediately after booking the space. He provided additional details, recommendations and answered all of my many questions. Terry’s communication was top notch and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with him if any other event space needs arise for me in Asheville.

Incredible space in Asheville. One of the best! Owned and managed by the most generous, attentive couple. These lovely offices are clean, well lit, and offer indoor/outdoor spaces to meet or talk. The grounds are always well kept with flowering shrubs, a water feature with outdoor benches, as well as, other outdoor furniture. The bathrooms are spacious and clean. Every thing one needs to host a business meeting or a personal gathering is available even including a kitchen. I almost forgot to mention that parking is convenient. I held my birthday party here and it was an awesome place to hold an event!
