UNO SPAZIO PER Servizi fotografici, workshop, matrimoni intimi ed eventi, pop-up, spazio di lavoro e molto altro. Gli allestimenti dello studio ruotano durante l'anno e possono essere personalizzati in base alle tue esigenze. PER IL 2025 Le tariffe per FOTO e VIDEO iniziano da $125/ora Le tariffe per EVENTI iniziano da $250/ora (i prezzi e la tariffa di pulizia possono variare a seconda del giorno, orario o tipo di evento, quindi contattaci per maggiori dettagli) *Se stai registrando audio, non sempre possiamo garantire il silenzio nello studio poiché ci sono altri inquilini nell'edificio. Contattaci prima di prenotare se registri audio. **Di solito organizziamo eventi fino all'1 di notte. Dopo l'1, si applica una tariffa extra di $450/ora. Cibo e bevande sono consentiti. Tuttavia, per eventi grandi con cibo e bevande, si applica una tariffa di pulizia di $250. Se prevedi di portare alcolici, devi richiedere un SOP (Permesso per Occasioni Speciali) e un barista è obbligatorio per il servizio (possiamo fornirne uno a un costo aggiuntivo se necessario). Theresa was a wonderful host, and the space exceeded all expectations! Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the physical space/existing furnishings are eclectic, vibrant, and photo worthy... conveniently leaving very little for me to bring to prep the space. Highly recommend for any event, the space and set up was super customizable to create a natural flow for my guests to mingle and connect. Whether you're planning something intimate or more dynamic, the space adapts beautifully. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and stress-free. I couldn’t recommend this space more highly... it’s truly a gem.

Abbiamo affittato questo spazio per una festa di compleanno e non potremmo essere stati più felici! Lo spazio era assolutamente bellissimo (le foto sono ottime, ma non gli rendono giustizia!). Hanno arredato lo spazio con tantissimi pezzi fantastici. È progettato con molta cura e ha un'atmosfera davvero cool. Theresa e il suo team sono stati molto disponibili e accomodanti. Siamo così felici di aver scelto questo posto. Lo consiglierei al 100%!!!

We had a wonderful capture session at the Cozy Industrial Loft. The space was beautiful, and it added so much character to our project. Theresa was helpful and easy to work with, and the overall experience was smooth from start to finish. Would definitely recommend!

Great studio! Amazing host! The studio is big and had multiple different areas for different shots. A lot of props that are unique and vintage which was awesome. If you are looking for a space with a lot of scene then this is the place for you! Also the coffee shop at the main floor is a must try before your shoot!

Absolutely GORGEOUS space. I did a photoshoot with a client here and we were able to use different corners of the space to capture different vibes for separate projects we were working on. I'm excited to book here again one day for another shoot or a potential event!

One of - if not my favourite space to book in the city. Such kind and accommodating owners that are easy to work with, the studio is spacious with a variety of fun set ups. Will be back obviously!!!!!!

I recently rented this beautiful space from Teresa for a commercial video shoot, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The location was perfect, clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. But what really made the difference was Teresa herself. She was an absolutely amazing host. She was super responsive, kind, and genuinely supportive of our creative process. She made sure we had everything we needed and went out of her way to accommodate us. I’d highly recommend her space to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable shoot. Can’t wait to book again!

We held a grief ceremony in honor of a beloved one and felt immediately welcomed in: this space is magical and capable of holding so much. We braided our own layer of tears, memories and laughter into the story of all the other remarkable events the studio has witnessed. I'm deeply grateful for the encouragement to make it our own and for Theresa's kindness (and clear communication) along the way.
