This is a fantastic location for shooting. Minnie and her crew are polite, responsive and professional. When I had a small issue on set, I texted Minnie about it and she called me immediately to help resolve the issue. I’ve rented this location twice and both experiences went off without a problem.

Minnie made it super easy to be able to walk in the location. She allowed us to do a walk-through which went seamlessly and getting in and out of the location was very easy that day and on shooting day. There’s also way more room than you would think with this extra room with the toilet, and you also have a lot of parking spots for a crew. They are super responsive and quick - any question I had they replied very quickly.

Perfect vintage motel setup for a photoshoot! The space is even bigger than a regular motel room, which is great to move around. There is also plenty of vintage furniture to play with. I shot during the afternoon and daylight was very good in the room. I really appreciated how the manager Minnie was super responsive and flexible! Also easy access and parking on site.

This location was fantastic! My crew and I filmed during the day -- we had an easy time accessing the space, parking was clearly marked. Neighbors were pretty quiet, and sound from the street was no problem. The actual location is quite versatile, all the furniture is easy to move and the room itself has a ton of personality. It did not take much lighting to achieve an incredible look for our short film. The Host was communicative, the site rep was friendly and helpful. We'd 10/10 shoot here again.

Minnie was very accommodating to my endless questions and requests, the site rep was friendly and helpful, and the set definitely has that old vintage motel look you can't really find anywhere else these days.
