Perfect spot for what I needed. It’s no frills but it’s hard to find exposed brick liaise of DTLA. Afternoon light was great coming thru the doors as well!

Joe is very student friendly and a pleasure to work with! Can’t thank him enough for allowing us to rent out this space for our film. One of the most unique locations you’ll ever find. Our on site contact Wendy could not have been any nicer or better to work with. Very accommodating and extremely helpful. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for this type of location. Tons of character and history within those walls! Do yourselves a favor and rent this place for your shoot. You won’t be disappointed! Thanks again Joe and Wendy!

Ottimo posto per il nostro servizio fotografico a tema industriale! Abbiamo scattato principalmente nel magazzino della pompa, che era lo sfondo perfetto per il look che cercavamo. L'host e il suo team in loco hanno reso tutto molto facile, incluse le raccomandazioni per un ottimo posto dove pranzare poco distante.

My husband and I are starting a theater company and thought this would be the perfect place to hold auditions - we weren’t wrong! The spot is well maintained, excellently decorated, and could easily be named the coolest spot in Whittier! The acoustics are also fantastic btw. 10/10 would recommend and hope to hold events or rehearsals here in the future.

We did a photo shooting there and the location was great. Only thing which was a bit confusing, is that on the pictures you see 3 different complexes but we only had access to the first one.
