Absolutely gorgeous house and super nice host - Cindy. That was my second project at this place and I will definitely come back again. The house will be super clean by your arrival (cleaning fee is there for a real reason). Whatever you need assistance with - Cindy will help you out. If you’re looking for a nice peaceful but not just “white walls and that’s it” house - this is your choice.

Ho prenotato questa location per una ripresa cinematografica e non potrei essere più soddisfatto. La casa è splendida e immacolatamente pulita, esattamente come nelle foto. Cindy è l'host perfetta ed è sempre stata raggiungibile durante le riprese se fosse sorto qualche problema. Oltre alla sua professionalità, Cindy è stata gentile e accogliente, ed è stato davvero un piacere girare in questa location. Oh my gosh! I have no idea where to begin. This place was wonderful and Cindy's management skills was A+ Super clean with plenty of space with backyard privacy and garage privacy for shoots. What kinds person to have as your host. Please give this place a look!!

We had such a great experience using this location for a recent shoot. The host is experienced and professional, communication was clear and prompt, the location is spotlessly clean and offered everything we needed, neighborhood is quiet which allowed us to record sound for an interview with ease. Highly recommended.
