My friends and I rented this space for a birthday party and everybody loved it! There was plenty of space for everyone and the setup is really cool and unique. This space has an awesome bar set up, bathroom, space to hang jackets, great sound system and is climate controlled. Khashi was a super helpful host as well. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to host an event downtown.

We had an awesome time shooting at this studio. The place is super spacious, with beautiful brick walls and an industrial aesthetic that worked perfectly for our moody, creative concepts. But honestly, Khashy is what really elevates the whole experience. He was incredibly warm, easygoing, and gave us full freedom to use the space however we needed. If you’re after a roomy studio with a cool industrial atmosphere, plus a host who truly cares I’d definitely recommend this spot. We’d love to come back again for more photoshoots.

We had a really great experience here doing a editorial campaign. The space itself is nice, but honestly it’s Khashi (the owner) that makes it what it is. He was super welcoming, easy to work with, and let us use the space exactly how we needed. Even little things like offering the team coffee and snacks added to the vibe. We had a small hiccup with changing dates and he was easygoing about it, helping us rebook with no stress. Overall, just a solid experience. If you’re looking for that Berlin style industrial vibe for a shoot or even a party, I highly recommend this venue.
