  Everything about this location was amazing! The views were the first thing that made us fall in love with the space. Not only that Joy (the host) was so helpful through out the whole process, anything we needed she had and was willing to assist with. We will defiantly will be booking again when the weather warms up!

  Yulisa& Andy’s Gender reveal September 23,2023 Where to begin! The view itself is breathtaking and the space is very accommodating. There are so many creative ways to use the space that not every event will be the same! But let me tell you about the main reason this space is one of a kind… the host! Miss Joy and her family are so welcoming and caring the best host interaction I’ve experienced to date! She was able to listen to my idea and thoughts and help me make it a reality whatever way she could! I had a vision for my gender reveal and with her help we were able to host an event that our family will remember forever! It was overwhelming planning my first gender reveal but I couldn’t have done it without the help of Miss joy her husband Mr.Hank and her lovely family. If you’re planning you’re next event and are tired of host just in it to make more money! Look no further! Ms.joy allows you to enjoy the space and take in the moment without the constant reminder of rules and regulations! Thank you Ms.joy and Mr.Hank! We truly appreciate everything!

  I couldn't be happier with our experience renting the patio for our proposal day. The spectacular view alone was worth it, but our host went above and beyond.   Joy and her family were one of the nicest people I ever met. If you need a place for a gathering or, like me, a proposal, this is definitely the place you want the event to happen! I booked this place to propose to who is now my fiancee, and Joy truly made the experience such an easy, stress-free experience. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us into her place and even provided two of my guest cardigans for warmth as the weather unexpectedly changed by the time we arrived. I have never met a host so caring to make sure her guests are having a great time. The view is exactly the way you see in the pictures provided by Joy. Whether you book in the morning, afternoon, or sunset, the view will be worth every minute. Joy replies back quickly and in detail. If you have any concerns, Joy will try her best to accommodate any needs you may have to make your event is a day to remember for you and your guests.

  Joy e la sua famiglia sono stati molto disponibili, flessibili e soprattutto accoglienti il giorno della celebrazione di mio padre. I miei ospiti sono stati accolti da Joy e dalla sua famiglia, che sono stati molto coinvolgenti e disponibili con chiunque avesse bisogno di assistenza. È stata così gentile da permetterci di usare la sua cucina e la zona pranzo per la preparazione e l'allestimento del cibo. Mi ha permesso di estendere il tempo che avevo inizialmente riservato. Mi è stato concesso ampio tempo per pulire e rimuovere l'attrezzatura nel suo cortile. Ho davvero apprezzato il loro aiuto nel caricare l'attrezzatura sul mio camion. L'intera famiglia ha fatto di tutto per rendere la giornata memorabile. Nel complesso, ho avuto un'esperienza meravigliosa e tutto il processo è stato senza intoppi.

  WOW! Che esperienza piacevole è stata! Joy e suo marito sono stati ospiti così INCREDIBILI! Hanno reso tutto così facile per me. Dall'inizio alla fine è stato semplicemente fenomenale. Prima di tutto, Joy risponde rapidamente ed è alla mano. Mi ha permesso di vedere la sua casa prima di prenotare ed è stata in grado di soddisfare qualsiasi mia esigenza. In secondo luogo, questo annuncio è tutto ciò che potevo immaginare e anche di più. La VISTA è mozzafiato! È proprio sopra l'acqua al punto più alto. Al tramonto ho fatto la mia proposta ed è stato così bello. Tutto sommato, è stata una proposta di successo dall'inizio alla fine. 100/100 consiglierei questo posto a chiunque voglia fare qualcosa di speciale per la propria donna. Grazie Joy e famiglia per tutto!

  I had my marriage proposal here and it was a wonderful experience. I was impressed by the beautiful ocean view here. And my host Joy was very helpful. She volunteered to take pictures for me and my girlfriend. The marriage proposal was successful thanks to her help!

  Ho organizzato una festa di compleanno ispirata a un LUAU e sono venute solo 10 persone quando erano previste 25, il vento era insopportabile e molte delle mie decorazioni sono state rovinate, ero un po' deluso... Ma i miei ospiti Joy e Hank sono intervenuti e mi hanno aiutato in un modo che avrebbe commosso chiunque, correvano in giro a legare cose, attaccare con il nastro, offrire i loro oggetti personali, hanno fatto così tanto che sono rimasto sopraffatto dalla loro ospitalità e dire che sono grato è un eufemismo. Erano determinati e orientati alla risoluzione e hanno ideato un piano B che ha salvato la giornata. Sono stati gentili, compassionevoli, attenti, positivi e generosi. Sono persone straordinarie e mando loro tutto il mio affetto. La casa è bellissima. Joy ha fornito coperte quando è diventato freddo e io e i miei ospiti ci siamo seduti intorno al focolare, abbiamo riso, bevuto il nostro vino e goduto di questa splendida vista sull'oceano dopo che il vento si è calmato. Ci hanno persino aiutato a pulire, dai. Tutto è andato per il meglio. Il premio per i migliori ospiti va sicuramente a Joy & Hank.
