This was a nice little venue in a scenic part of town to host our event. The space is exactly as described and depicted in the listing. You are able to adjust the lighting, the curtains and the sound for the theatre area. There are also tables available to take out and set up for guests (e.g. to hold food or bags or extra stuff on the side). The host was very helpful, kind and responsive. Plus the rental was affordable to boot! I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience.

Such a great space! Farhad is great communicating, really easy to view, setup, and host us. A great space equipped with A/V and a nice cafe area for mingling. Will definitely look into using the space again!

The space is very functional, versatile, and has a great aesthetic both in the theatre space and lounge. Our participants were excited about the views of the entrance to Granville Island in the theatre, and the chill atmosphere, skylights, and bar area in the lounge made for a great break room. The owners are also extremely helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend for a moderate sized function.

Farhad was a great host! Super responsive and friendly. Parking can be a bit tricky in the afternoon but if you arrive in the morning parking is great!
