The structure enjoys extraordinary natural light all day and offers a breathtaking sunset visible both from the large panoramic windows and the entire garden. It is the ideal, reserved, and exclusive location for music videos, short films, fashion photo shoots, interviews, and co-working retreats for creatives seeking total privacy, silence, and a vibrant artistic soul. AVAILABLE SPACES & FACILITIES Studio 1 (Creative Core): Atmosphere set with wooden floors and ceilings with exposed beams, ideal for music shoots. It is enhanced by handcrafted macramé chairs and hosts an exclusive mini showroom of macramé clothing and accessories. Includes a complete live-looping station, DJ console, digital piano, audio interface for professional recordings, and microphone set for vocals and podcasts. Characteristic scenic elements: a vintage collectible computer and a high-end professional sewing machine. (Complete audio equipment available on private request). Studio 2 (Lounge & Wellness): Relaxation space with tatami and yoga/stretching mats, walls entirely decorated with hand-painted murals by the resident artist, and a craft exhibition area. Equipped with TV and a comfortable double sofa bed. Super Equipped Open Space Kitchen: Fully available to crews for maximum culinary autonomy (equipped with premium appliances: oven, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, professional blender, and juice extractor). Covered Artistic Veranda: Large fully sheltered outdoor space with stone floor, large solid wood table, scenic fireplace, and beautiful handmade macramé designer curtains. Perfect as a meeting area or dining zone for the crew, operational in any weather conditions. Underground Laboratory: Naturally cool lower area with large wooden table and service refrigerator, minimal and tactile, optimal as a storage and preparation area for set designers and costume designers. Double Bathrooms & Backstage: Two full bathrooms on separate levels. The lower bathroom is a design jewel in "arte povera" style with real wood finishes and a natural stone sink. The upper bathroom has a bathtub, ideal for backstage needs (makeup and hairdressing). Sunset Gardens: Terraced park on three levels (chill area among olive trees, organic orchard area with spontaneous vegetation and handcrafted macramé swing) with direct view of the sunset and maximum privacy without prying eyes. LOGISTICS AND TECHNICAL ACCESS Van/Van Parking: Large private dirt space adjacent to the main gate, ideal for parking and maneuvering heavy technical vehicles. Allows extremely easy loading and unloading operations directly at the entrance. Independent Flows: An external stone staircase directly connects the veranda to the garden, allowing exclusive use of the outdoor area and underground level without interfering with private accommodations.
