Fondata nel 2013, la nostra azienda si trova nel quartiere storico di Sunnyside a Nord di Denver. La nostra struttura di produzione di 8000 sq/ft e il tap room occupano un vecchio edificio in mattoni originariamente creato come impianto governativo di confezionamento carne negli anni '50. Il tap room occupa 1000 sq/ft con uno spazio eventi adiacente di 1500 sq/ft che dispone di audio separato, proiettore, giochi e accesso a uno spazio privato sul patio. Il cuore della nostra operazione è un birrificio da 15 barili con una combinazione di (7) serbatoi di fermentazione da 15 barili e (5) serbatoi di fermentazione da 30 barili immersi tra botti di legno e altra attrezzatura per la birrificazione, il tutto che fornisce uno sfondo accattivante per happy hour, eventi privati o servizi fotografici.

We had our son's college graduation at Diebolt. The space was fun and inviting with plenty of room for a buffet and ample seating ~ plus a ping pong table! The staff was attentive, helpful, and patient. We had a great time and our guests loved the beer and drink selection! Thank you Jack and staff.

100/10 would recommend Diebolt for your next event!! I hosted my 30th here and my friends and I had an absolute blast! The space is super cool, we were able to hook up a Nintendo switch to the projector and also had separate music (connected to a Bluetooth speaker to play our own music), the garage to the patio was wonderful and gave great natural light and fresh air, both rooms with all the barrels and brewing equipment made the space so fun, the vibes were high all around, the beer was delicious, and Jack and the rest of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!

I hosted a co-ed baby shower here for my sister-in-law and it was absolutely wonderful! Jack and his team were so accommodating and genuinely kind. They even helped me move around some furniture while I was setting up. The rental space was perfect, it was off the main taproom and even had its own entrance which made it easy to direct guests. Thanks again Diebolt team!

I did my baby shower here and I’m SOOOO happy I did! They were very nice and we were separate from the main part of the brewery! They didn’t mind us showing up a tad bit early to decorate and all my guests LOVED their drinks! I would recommend and I WILL be back for my 30th! If you’re considering it please do it! The host was amazing and answered all my questions when needed! He was amazing! Great place all around!
