Il Chocolate Factory Theater è un piccolo teatro no-profit che supporta danza sperimentale e performance. Attrezzature aggiuntive e alimentazione sono disponibili come extra. Si prega di notare che il magazzino non è climatizzato; è disponibile un riscaldamento minimo nel camerino e non c'è aria condizionata. Il magazzino occupa metà della nostra struttura e entrambe le inserzioni possono essere combinate per una tariffa scontata se la programmazione lo consente.

Great day shooting today at this location! Renters even let us use their Air conditioning and fan on such a hot day! Even a room for crafty & makeup to get done. Great place for cool / industrial scenery!

We shot here on a really hot day, but it was bearable on the inside of the warehouse, the warehouse has a openable garage door that you can open as you please for some air as well, there’s a fan there so no need to bring your own, and day light of course bleeds in to the room, but not heat surprisingly because of the stained windows diffusing the sunlight, you really can’t get a better warehouse than this!

This is a great space if you want to shoot any action / ominous / edgy industrial vibe like scene, it’s got a balcony, a room for crafty services, 2 bathrooms! More than enough space to set up any camera rigs, setups, or anything fancy, highly recommend this location for anything that calls for the classic industrial warehouse look with the stained windows!
