I highly recommend this space for production shoots. The space itself is beautiful, with large windows on both sides of the home. The opportunity for naturally-lit shots is substantial, or you can easily close the blinds and set up studio lights. It's also very large, especially for a New York townhouse, so there is plenty of room for crew and talent. It's very clean and very quiet for being in the city, in case you're looking to capture audio. The highlight of my time though was working with the owners. They are very kind, accommodating, and quick to respond. I hope to utilize this space again in the future. 10/10!

Meraviglioso! Persone fantastiche con cui lavorare! Molto alla mano. Avevano a disposizione alcune scenografie che sono state molto utili. Spazio incantevole con ottima illuminazione. È stato possibile utilizzare le opere d'arte. 10/10 raccomandato!

We had a two day photoshoot for our children’s accessories company here and the house was absolutely everything we hoped for and more! The house is modern, spacious, clean and allows each shot to look unique! The pictures do not do this home justice AT ALL!! The host was extremely kind, helpful, and extremely easy to work with! We highly recommend this place for any type of shoot and will definitely book again!

We shot a culinary and interior design commercial here and the house was absolutely perfect! We had over 40 people on the shoot and the layout of the house allows a lot of room for equipment and people to spread out and feel comfortable. Not only that, the interior design of the house is gorgeous, extremely modern and chic. The stairs are a workout for sure so make sure you have extra hands on deck to help with bringing stuff in and out! The host was extremely kind, attentive & helpful. We highly recommend this place for any type of shoot!

This modern townhouse is exactly as described and more. The lighting is amazing and easily controlled. The place is roomier than what the photos entail, and our host was super easy to work with. Will definitely book again.
