Informazioni sullo spazio
Spazio ufficio moderno progettato dall'architetto premiato Abeer Sweis. Pavimenti in cemento lucidato, pareti esterne in blocchi di cemento e pannellature in legno recuperato. Parete curva in gesso grigio modellato e dipinto a mano con banco/scrivania in pietra in piedi. Configurazione significativa della "reception", con parete in pietra bianca per il branding. Molta luce da finestre dal pavimento al soffitto e lucernari. Molta energia (110 & 220 con 2 pannelli), parcheggio gratuito e ampia disponibilità. Ci sono 4 grandi TV. 1 nella sala riunioni e 3 nell'area principale bullpen/scrivania. Tutte accessibili da un unico pannello tramite HDMI. Questa location è utilizzata da una società tecnologica che fornisce supporto IT a Los Angeles (https://www.dcgla.com/it-support-los-angeles/), quindi l'ambiente "sembra" ideale per un ufficio con focus IT. Tutti i monitor sulle scrivanie sono nuovi e coordinati. Per il parcheggio, ci sono circa 45+ posti auto disponibili sulle strade circostanti: Foothill blvd, Hill Street e Chevy Chase. Il nostro parcheggio posteriore può contenere circa 8-9 auto. Nota che praticamente NON È PERMESSO PARCHEGGIARE nei parcheggi privati che circondano il nostro edificio. Se anche una sola auto viene trovata a violare questa regola, sarà applicata una penale minima di $455. (7 spazi a $65 minimo per ogni spazio di parcheggio privato usato dalla troupe) Tuttavia, se vuoi, puoi affittare parcheggi extra. Il parcheggio posteriore più grande dall'altra parte del vicolo rispetto al nostro, ci permette di affittare fino a 3 file sul lato ovest del parcheggio. Puoi affittare questi spazi extra tramite noi. Quel parcheggio si affitta a file e fino a 3 file. Ogni fila ha 6-7 spazi e ogni fila costa $455. (Vedi foto parcheggio nella sezione foto)

Brent and his team were great to work with! They do use their office, but I definitely appreciate them letting us come during their working hours for our scouts. Would definitely recommend this if you need an office space for your next shoot.
