La casa è stata utilizzata per molteplici riprese che spaziano da video, foto, branding, fitness, influencer, finanziamenti seed per start-up e persino servizi fotografici per famiglie/coppie! Alcuni marchi molto famosi hanno realizzato foto/video in questo spazio. A 16-30 minuti da London Bridge in treno si trova questa splendida casa con una bellissima cucina/sala da pranzo aperta, interni minimalisti, ingresso grandioso/spazioso, 5 camere da letto con un annesso molto moderno che dispone di un'area bar integrata. La conversione dell'annesso può essere facilmente utilizzata per servizi fotografici/video di fitness e dispone anche di un proprio bagno! Splendido giardino con fontana d'acqua e decking, la casa ha un'atmosfera lussuosa. Il soggiorno open space con grandi porte scorrevoli garantisce che la casa sia sempre illuminata dalla luce e la camera da letto superiore offre viste fantastiche attraverso la sua enorme finestra panoramica! Per le riprese più intime, c'è un camino elettrico nell'area soggiorno. Ci sono tende eleganti dove le riprese richiedono meno luce. La casa dispone anche di una sala giochi molto particolare insieme a un soggiorno separato. I bagni sono personalizzati ad alto livello con docce retrò e accessori di alta qualità. L'ingresso ha soffitti alti e dettagli bellissimi con un grande appendiabiti per i vestiti. Le porte Crittal offrono un senso estetico e viste ininterrotte della grande area soggiorno e del giardino. Siamo felici di fornirvi cose come una scala per l'uso nel giardino se ne avete bisogno per le vostre riprese o qualsiasi cosa disponibile all'interno della casa :) Disponibile deposito notturno. Molti parcheggi gratuiti disponibili.

Shot my music video here and the location was perfect. The house is mad spacious with clean, open areas that gave us a lot to work with creatively. The lighting is top tier—natural light hitting different angles made every shot look proper without even trying too hard. The whole place had a comfortable vibe which made the shoot smooth from start to finish. Big shoutout to the host as well—great service, easy to work with, and made sure everything ran calm. Definitely a spot I’d use again for visuals

We recently hired this beautiful home as the filming location for a series of fitness videos and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From first enquiry to wrap on the final shoot day, the owners were incredibly professional, responsive and accommodating. Communication was clear and quick, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble - whether it was discussing timings, helping us with access, or working around our filming needs. The space itself is fantastic for production: • Modern and stylish for a really clean, premium look on camera • Plenty of natural light and location options • Versatile areas for different set–ups and shot types • Changing and bathroom facilities and kept spotless throughout • Easy access and smooth logistics for crew, kit and talent Our trainers and crew all commented on how comfortable and well looked-after they felt on site. The atmosphere was relaxed but efficient, which made it very easy for us to focus on the creative and get the best out of the shoot. We’d 100% recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality location for filming or content creation, and we’ll definitely be back for future projects! Thank you!

Hanno fatto di tutto per assicurarci di avere tutto il necessario e ci hanno dato completa libertà per fare le riprese senza pressioni o interruzioni. L'atmosfera era perfetta per la creatività e tutto il team ha amato l'ambiente. Consiglio vivamente questo spazio a chiunque cerchi un host affidabile e professionale. Absolutely Stunning Venue, Highly Recommend! We hired this beautiful house for a lifestyle brand shoot and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Every room is filled with natural light, which made it perfect for capturing gorgeous content. The space is generous and also has a premium, stylish feel throughout. On top of that, the host was incredibly helpful and lovely to deal with from start to finish. Highly recommend this venue for shoots or any creative projects!

Consiglierei sicuramente questa location. Esattamente come descritto, questo spazio era perfetto per il nostro servizio fotografico. Spazioso, luminoso, silenzioso e facile da raggiungere dal centro di Londra. È stato presentato molto bene da Aaina, che come punto di contatto è stata reattiva, disponibile e ha risposto a tutte le domande che le ho posto in modo rapido e informativo. Inoltre, è stata davvero amichevole! Lo spazio eccellente (e il fatto che lo spazio fosse esattamente come ci aspettavamo) e l'host professionale hanno fatto sì che il nostro servizio fotografico si svolgesse senza intoppi. 10/10 consiglierei sicuramente e lo userei assolutamente di nuovo.

Aaina was very welcoming and reasonable, She assisted us with all the little things which was required for the video shoot to make the production come out perfect. The house itself is very spacious and clean. We ended up with a very successful bashment music video. Highly Recommend! :)
