It’s the best location if you want to have Church, Dance Studio, Warehouse, Living room, Bedrooms… a good combo of all of them and have an amazing parking lot could contain crew with 40 people and probably two truck. Easy to load in and out, nice site rep, and the security is good. The owner Paul and set rep Del are so kind and willing to help to solve with problems!

Joe and his on-site management are awesome ! Love this location parking is gated and space is huge ! 2nd time I use this location and it’s always clean . I never run into any issues here .

Great space for multi-purposing a film shoot! The neighborhood is a bit dicey but it's fenced in and the location provides a site rep.
