Stephen was incredibly helpful, flexible and communicative. Super friendly and easy to work with. The house was just perfect, the neighborhood is nice and no one gave us any drama. Totally recommend!!!

Steven and his family were awesome hosts who have a beautiful home! We were looking for a large, comfortable suburban family space in the Santa Clarita/Valencia area - this was exactly what we wanted creatively and working here was a joy. Our production was with a feature crew over two days in the summer. Steven is a former on-set Fire Safety Officer so was familiar with the needs of production and worked with us to accommodate any oddball requests we had. The communication was great, super responsive and even facilitated discussion with the surrounding neighbors so we could stay in front of any potential issues. Strongly recommend!
