Esposizione a Sud + Ovest + Nord per una bellissima luce tutto il giorno. Situato al 10° piano, viste mozzafiato sulla città da tutte le finestre con vista sull'oceano dalla finestra rivolta a Nord. Atmosfera in stile industriale con finestre ad arco e pavimenti in cemento a vista e 700 piedi quadrati di spazio. Esposizione a Sud - sole diretto a partire dal pomeriggio Esposizione a Ovest - luce diretta del tramonto fino alla sera Lo studio è attrezzato con: - 2x C stands - 2 v flat - rotoli di carta (chiedere i colori attuali) da 9ft e 4ft - ventilatore - sedie accentate - divano modulare in velluto marrone a 3 pezzi, utilizzabile con o senza cuscini - tavolo rettangolare bianco - chiedere dove lo conserviamo. - riflettore - tavolo in legno nero con 4 sedie - specchio a figura intera x2 - sgabello - varie scatole per sedersi/stilizzare - appendiabiti mobile - vaporizzatore a mano - Materasso Endy (queen size), perfetto per allestimenti lifestyle o boudoir (biancheria disponibile a pagamento o portare la propria gratuitamente). - armadio per oggetti di scena (vasi, tazze, libri, candele ecc.) - parete con tenda (nasconde il materasso quando non prenotato e offre varie opzioni di sfondo) Se desideri che il letto sia allestito, si prega di indicarlo al momento della prenotazione. Il carico/scarico è incluso nel tempo prenotato, pianifica di conseguenza. Bagno condiviso al piano, non privato. C'è una telecamera di sicurezza che monitora la porta principale, se hai bisogno di cambiarti la seconda stanza ha una porta senza monitor o c'è un bagno lungo il corridoio. Working with Jenna has been such a pleasure. It’s one of those rare cases where expectations truly match reality. Her communication is amazing, she responds very quickly, and everything is simply perfect. The studio also has a very advantageous location in terms of natural light. It’s beautifully lit from early morning until sunset, which is a huge plus for photographers who work with natural light.

Jenna was incredibly quick to reply and made the entire booking process so easy and seamless. The studio itself is absolutely awesome...clean, beautiful, and exactly as described. Check-in and check-out were smooth, quick, and stress-free, which made a huge difference on shoot day. The space was perfect for our needs, and everything felt well organized and welcoming. This studio was absolutely beautiful and very bright! The space was very clean as well — we went barefoot on the floors for our maternity shoot and were pleasantly surprised how clean our feet remained. There are many props and furniture to use that can be easily rearranged, with multiple different backdrops and wall textures. Jenna was very quick to respond to all inquiries and questions. 10/10 would highly recommend!
