Spazio per eventi industriale con pavimenti in cemento e pareti originali in pietra e legno della costruzione dell'edificio di 150 anni fa. Lo spazio include un enorme tavolo alto per presentazioni o degustazioni con 12 posti, un'area bar, un tavolo da biliardo, un calcio balilla e un arcade old school. Ci sono anche 3 cabine da taverna vintage con tavoli lungo la parete in pietra. Sono inclusi 2 bagni nello spazio. PER EVENTI Venerdì-Sabato tariffa fissa 1200$ dalle 17:00 alle 3:00 con pulizia inclusa. Prezzi per meno di 100 ospiti, chiedere per più ospiti. Giovedì tariffa fissa 700$ dalle 17:00 alle 3:00 con pulizia inclusa. Prezzi per meno di 100 ospiti, chiedere per più ospiti. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!! It doesn’t look like the pictures and the host ghosted me after I told him all the issues and said he would talk to his partner about compensation. The pool table and foosball table were broken. One of the walls was dirty and full of brown stuff that I had to scrub off. The leather on the benches was all worn out and torn off. Most of the lights didn't have lightbulbs. Some of the stools were broken as well The garbages were full from an event before and I had to empty other people’s garbage Overall we had to rearrange the whole place and it did not look how it did in the pictures. I paid 1314$ for this loft. I asked the host for some sort of compensation for the garbage and broken equipment. I would not have booked this place had I known. Don’t book here please, you’ll find a better place with better equipment and a more professional host. I made a complaint to Giggster and he’s ignoring them too. Super disappointed.

The venue was absolutely amazing, very clean. Exactly what was advertised however the photos don’t even do it justice. It’s definitely bigger in person. It was perfect for our daughters first birthday ! 10/10

We rented for a birthday party. Great location with parking. Nice space for 30-40 people. 2 bathrooms very convenient. However, the bathrooms had not been cleaned, trash not emptied from the previous party, and their balloons were left in the room. Note that there is no sink at the bar. Only the two small sinks in bathrooms for water needs.

Best place for a kids party if you have a big family i was wowed by everything the hosts were very responsive and we will definitely be booking again thanks guys

Amazing space for a large party. So many great amenities for hosting and very clean. Lots of parking. Cool location across from the lachine canal Keven was responsive and very accommodating
