Overall this location was completely wonderful. It was perfect for our shoot. Very dreamy set-ups abound. Our one piece of feedback was that there was a host on set that was very much in and out of the space while we were shooting. We were being checked in on a lot and it became uncomfortable, especially as our lead actress had a vulnerable scene to shoot (with very little clothing) so to have a male walking in during filming at his leisure was not ideal. Really beautiful setting but be sure to communicate your boundaries beforehand if you’re looking for a more private shoot environment.

Was a pleasure working with the Homeowners and using their space. All covid protocol was met and everything was kept clean, giving the crew the safety they needed to keep working. The homeowners were specific about what they needed and helped every chance they could with our needs. The only challenge with the location is the number of stairs you have to go up and down while shooting in the back yard, but we all could use the workout these days anyway! The space provided a number of different looks for us, and was exactly what we needed.

Uno spazio bello, luminoso e arioso. I proprietari sono persone straordinarie, molto scrupolosi e hanno persino fornito un piano per il parcheggio. Abbiamo avuto un paio di problemi causati dalla produzione e sono stati gentili e comprensivi. Sicuramente affitterei di nuovo da loro. 5 stelle in tutto.
