Benvenuti in una villa unica a Miami Coconut Grove, rivestita con mattoni originali di Chicago all'esterno e all'interno, con un grande pianoforte art déco francese all'ingresso, pianta aperta con biblioteca, camino funzionante e pannelli in legno, statue in bronzo a grandezza naturale, l'area è piena di mobili antichi italiani e francesi, dipinti ad olio e decorazioni ovunque. Sono benvenute riprese video professionali, servizi fotografici, piccoli incontri, piccole riunioni, baby shower e addii al nubilato. Abbiamo anche persiane ovunque per oscurare l'area se necessario. Il nostro tetto ha viste sulla città, i cortili frontali/laterali possono essere usati per allestire tavoli e sedie se vuoi la tua riunione all'aperto e saranno circondati da alberi, altalene, fontane e paesaggi tropicali tutto intorno. Non perderla a Miami, questa casa è unica per il tuo divertimento e lavoro professionale.

The entire experience from beginning to end was fantastic. We were kindly greeted as we arrived by Olga the caretaker of the home. She was extremely pleasant and warm and made us feel at home right away. This house is absolutely beautiful. The attention to detail, decor of the home, both the inside and outside are breathtaking. We had a photoshoot at this location and can’t be happier. Highly recommend!!!!

The house is absolutely stunning. The decor is beautiful. The owner was extremely accomodating also. The music video is finished and it looks amazing. Totally recommend if you are trying to convey and oldie vibe this is the place for you. Thank you Vivian for having my crew in your home.
