Imponente casa in mattoni rossi su una collina con vialetto in cemento stampato e ingresso con balaustra bianca verso un grande atrio con doppia porta. Ampio soggiorno, sala da pranzo formale e cucina eccellente. Paesaggio rigoglioso nel cortile sul retro con stagno per pesci koi e cascata, piscina a forma di rene con trampolino, casa piscina, stanza verde e parterre di ciottoli. Tutte le riprese dureranno dodici ore fino alle 23:00. Dopo le 23:00 si applica il tempo e mezzo, dopo mezzanotte il doppio tempo. Fino a nuovo avviso, sono necessari permessi per le riprese sul fronte strada e sul marciapiede.

As I’m sure you can tell from the photos, Themis’s home is an incredibly unique space with more looks than I could shoot in a day (or maybe a week). What the photos don’t show is how kind and helpful Themis and Bruce were before, during, and after our shoot. Before we even booked, Themis gave us an in-depth tour of every corner of the property. Bruce was home during the shoot and was super-accommodating as we moved our gear from room to room. Finally, the day after the shoot I realized I had left my lens cap (an expensive replacement for a vintage lens) in the TV room and Themis found it within minutes of my call; I picked it up 15 minutes later. A huge weight off my shoulders! Themis understands the necessities of production, and Brick Manor is a true gem. If you’re considering booking, go for it - you'll be glad you did. Also shout out to Richard and Fernando for all your help!

The hosts were very helpful with all of our requests and were great about letting us come to scout the house several times. The hosts that were on site the day of the shoot were very friendly and cooperative, but also stayed out of our way for the most part. This house has a distinctive style with beautiful furniture and interior design, the garden is well kept, peaceful, but luxurious. Thank you Themis and family!
