The woman at the front helped us with lighting, would recommend this spot for any photo shoot you're going to get amazing results. ***There are plenty of parking garages around at good rates, but BRING CASH, most in the area only accept cash on the way out ***

Il Fine Arts Theater è stato perfetto per il mio servizio fotografico! Michael e il suo team sono stati fantastici con cui lavorare e estremamente disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta dell'ultimo minuto. Lo spazio era pulito e chiaramente ben curato. L'unica cosa da tenere a mente è che il parcheggio è a pagamento o in uno dei garage circostanti. Facile da gestire! Consiglierei questo spazio a chiunque e non vedo l'ora di lavorare di nuovo con Michael in futuro.

The theater itself surpassed all my expectations. The staff is top notch and very helpful. Working with Michael was like having a very knowledgable partner at your side to help at almost any hour. Working to set up my first event remotely with very little time, I could not have done it without him.

Working with Michael and his team was a top-notch and enjoyable experience. Concerns about parking are mitigated by a convenient parking structure a mere 10-minute walk away, which our cast and crew used without issue. Additionally, for those requiring closer parking, ample metered street parking is available directly behind the theatre—just assign a production assistant to refresh the meter every two hours. Highly recommend renting this location; it's a decision you won't regret.

This theater is beautiful! Very cinematic and clean. Michael was very responsive and helpful. The parking is a little tricky. Only meter parking so we found a 24 hour lot on La Cienega and walked, which was a very easy walk. Would recommend!
