Orari di apertura - 8:00 - 23:00 Situato comodamente nel Historic West Adams, vicino alla Freeway 10 a Western, offriamo 1.200 SF di spazio galleria/evento bianco e pulito con 2 lucernari e soffitti con travi in legno a 13,5'. Presenza su strada più porta posteriore per carico e scarico. Include 1 bagno. La porta interna a rullo si apre su una caffetteria accanto per eventi combinati. Sono necessari costi aggiuntivi se la caffetteria è coinvolta in qualsiasi evento/produzione. La tariffa giornaliera copre una prenotazione di 12 ore. Secondo le linee guida Covid-19, chiediamo a tutti i clienti di fornire salviette disinfettanti, gel igienizzante, guanti e mascherine. Lo spazio sarà sanificato prima della tua prenotazione. Booked Eileen/Steve’s space for a surprise proposal party and would highly recommend it to others! The hosts were great at communication and answered all my questions. There was somebody there the day of to help with any needs and would come to swing by quickly with anything we needed. There is a convenient parking lot, restroom, and bar. Thank you for helping me host such a special event :)

This is an amazing site and a must for a great pop up event. The owners are so responsive and helpful. We rented the space for a pop up art show. also used the parking lot outside for a food truck. After making our first post on the event someone reached out and ask for the contact info which I happily passed along.

This space has everything you could possibly need - Parking, HVAC, bathroom, storage, back sink, coffee shop, and plenty of space + additional room for food and drinks. The venue is big, bright and warm. The wood beams and high ceilings add character to the space, making decorating so easy! However, the best part about this venue are the owners, Eileen and Steve. These two went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and cared for. They were accommodating, fair and they even physically helped me setup! Although I would not expect them to assist with your setup, I mention this to emphasize their level of care for people. Thank you, Eileen and Steve! Words cannot explain how appreciative I am for both of your assistance. :)

Excellent space! Eileen and Steve were wonderful hosts and so helpful with making our vision come to life! We hosted our Open Bar film fundraiser here and met our goal by then end of the event! If you're looking for a quality space to elevate your brand/project - look no further!
