Una luminosa casa in stile vintage metà secolo situata a Van Nuys. All'interno troverai 1500 piedi quadrati di spazio recentemente ristrutturato per riprese di ogni tipo che necessitano di un'estetica vintage e rilassata con accenti metà secolo ed europei. Goditi una grande quantità di luce naturale, una cucina luminosa, una sala da pranzo con tavolo rotondo per quattro persone e un soggiorno ben arredato con un grande divano e tante texture. Il retro della casa si apre su un grazioso cortile con alberi di arancio, limone e nespolo. Il vialetto e il garage spazioso per 2 auto sono comodi per caricare/scaricare l'attrezzatura di produzione e con parcheggio disponibile in strada. La casa deve essere lasciata nelle condizioni in cui è stata trovata - se sposti i mobili devono essere riposizionati nella loro posizione originale. Eventuali danni saranno addebitati alla produzione. TUTTI i mobili devono essere sollevati, NON trascinati. Copri i C-Stand con palline da tennis. VIETATO fumare nei locali. La produzione deve smaltire i propri rifiuti (non nei nostri cestini), eventuali sacchetti lasciati saranno soggetti a una penale. È consentito e consigliato il catering esterno.

Not surprisingly, a third of the crew had already filmed at this location and had nothing but nice things to say about their experience. Our time on this set was the same. It was the perfect setting for our film and even had some extra features we weren't expecting. Thank you William for allowing us to film at his home. It was the perfect setting for the story we were telling and appreciate the conversation.

I couldn’t be happier with the footage that we got from this location GEM. We just wrapped on two days of filming a 1960s period film. And with a few added accessories the vintage charm of this home really shined. In addition, one of my lead actors has already requested a link to this location for a future project. An amazing location for all types of genres. We had pickup shots for our feature film this weekend and booked Williams house which turned out to be the perfect location. Warm feel, and rustic look to it. Looked absolutely amazing on camera and most of all William was amazing to deal with! Very accommodating and extremely helpful!

Will was an incredible host. He was very welcoming and flexible as our production times and needs changed. The space itself was perfect for our production, but also had so much staging and crafty areas around the house and in the garage. Will went above and beyond to make our time easy (even holding parking spots for us over night). Highly recommend!!
