Benvenuti ad Art Studios and Events. Questo edificio è stato costruito nel 1938. C'è molto del design antico insieme al nuovo per valorizzare la personalità dello spazio che è di 2.200 piedi quadrati, escluso il cortile. We were planning a gothic-themed photoshoot, and this place fit perfectly! Plenty of space both indoors and outdoors, offering multiple options for setting up shots. Katherine was extremely welcoming and very accommodating, even helping us reschedule after an unexpected change of plans on our end. Street parking was available on a weekday, but Sundays are probably easier, when less restrictions apply. We'd definitely love to film again here. Highly recommended!

Excellent venue. Excellent service and communication from Katherine. My shoot was fabulous. Venue is spacious, with plenty of room to be get creative. I’m looking forward to creating there again. Definitely on my list for my future group gatherings.

This place is better than the pictures show. Spacious, able to be tailored to looks and colors and amazing service from Katherine who was very open to what we were doing and very accommodating. Would certainly book again and cannot recommend this area enough!

Katherine è stata incredibilmente gentile e super disponibile! Lo spazio era ancora più grande di quanto mi aspettassi e perfetto per il mio servizio fotografico. Lo consiglierei sicuramente e lo userei di nuovo! :)

Katherine was exceptional from start to finish. She replied more promptly than anyone else I attempted to communicate with and answered all my questions in such a clear/direct way. She even offered a tour and I fell in love with the space immediately. It has such character and my guests are still raving about it. We appreciated the convenience of booking as well as the facilities within the venue. It was also great that she was able to provide tables chairs and linens. I would plan a random party just to come back here.

The place was absolutely beautiful. The host, Katherine, was very kind and gave my crew and me access to everything we needed for my film. She was very specific of everything that works, all her previous clientele, and through the end, was a new, exciting experience. I loved every part of the location and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for something inexpensive, yet a beauty to the eye.

Pictures probably can't do this breathtaking, unique place justice (ask to tour, it'll speak for itself!) -- but from start to finish, our lovely host Katherine went above and beyond to make sure our event was everything we envisioned and more. She is incredibly attentive and responsive, and not only listened to our ideas but also offered valuable suggestions and even additional decor options that elevated the ambiance to a whole new level. It was really evident that she understood our vision and cared about making our event a success. Planning an event can get stressful, but Katherine's positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire process enjoyable. Her enthusiasm and genuine interest in making our celebration special made the atmosphere feel warm and welcoming the whole night. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a place where their vision is not only understood but exceeded~ five stars without a doubt!
