Benvenuti!!!! Siamo una proprietà storica multifunzionale completamente arredata con 17 stanze che coprono oltre 6800 piedi quadrati! Il prezzo base è per 5 persone o meno. Si prega di notare che abbiamo anche un responsabile del sito e una piccola tassa di pulizia. Mandami un messaggio per domande sui prezzi. La nostra proprietà ha 17 stanze e 7000 piedi quadrati!!! Ogni armadio e 2 stanze (piano superiore e inferiore) sono pieni di sedie aggiuntive, divani, tende, porcellane, bicchieri, tovaglie, candele gratuite!! tutto!!! è come la tua PROPRIETÀ DI SCENOGRAFIA!!!! ABBIAMO TUTTO DA molti stili di TENDE, CAVALLO A CARROUSEL, triciclo antico, manichini, mobili di metà secolo, mobili anni '60, molti CANDELABRI, TAPPETI PERSIANI, GIOIELLI anni '80, PIANOFORTE, ORGANO, VECCHI GIRADISCHI, DISCHI, BAULI VECCHI, costumi antichi, lampade, candele, piatti, posate, porcellane E TANTO ALTRO TUTTO GRATIS DA USARE!!!! La nostra casa è stata costruita nel 1882. La proprietà è di 5900 piedi quadrati e ha anche una sala aggiuntiva di 1100 piedi quadrati!!!!. Si prega di notare che ci sono 2 bagni da usare per cast e troupe sotto i 30. Indipendentemente dalla dimensione, se si ottura un gabinetto durante l'uso/filmando la proprietà, sei responsabile. Sally was incredibly communicative, accommodating, kind, and helpful throughout the entirety of our process with her. The location is beautiful, with a wide range of aesthetics, styles, and sets that can be utilitized for variety. There is plenty of parking, and ample space for staging gear and holding talent. We had booked here for a total of 24 hours, and would gladly book again! Thank you Sally!

Sally was an exceptional host and beyond accommodating - even suggesting spots and props to use during our shoot. The location has ample parking, amazing lighting and beyond perfect decor for a spooky mansion vibe. This was by far one of my favorite venues and our team hopes to be back for another shoot. The attic and layout of the house was so historically cool.

Not enough kind words in the world for Sally & this beautiful location. Our production endured some hardships and Sally’s flexibility in accommodating us literally *saved* us. The house speaks for itself—unbelievable character and rich history here. A filmmaker’s dream location. Not to mention the staggering amount of production design/props already available to you. This house has such a special place in my heart. Thank you for everything ❤️
