Ciao 👋🏼 Scopri il nostro studio in stile industrial-boho di 2100 piedi quadrati, uno spazio unico dove i tuoi progetti, siano essi professionali o privati, prendono vita. Situato nel Plateau Mont-Royal, il nostro spazio polivalente è ideale per: creazione di contenuti, sessioni fotografiche, riprese video, podcast, lanci, casting, pop-up, workshop, così come per i tuoi eventi speciali come addii al nubilato, baby shower, proposte di matrimonio, compleanni e molto altro. Parcheggio gratuito per i nostri ospiti (fino a 30 auto!)  Ogni elemento di arredamento è modulabile per creare l'atmosfera ideale. Abbiamo anche il nostro bar di fiori che puoi utilizzare, oltre a un'ampia gamma di props! (vasi, accessori, sfondi, sedie, tappeti..) Ecco le informazioni spesso richieste: • Cibo e bevande: consentiti in loco! • Attrezzature e decorazioni: offriamo la possibilità di noleggiare palloncini, archi, tavoli pieghevoli e sedie (fino a 40 sedie) per accogliere i tuoi ospiti. Chiedi il nostro catalogo delle opzioni! • Arredamento disponibile: Tutto l'arredamento nelle foto fa parte dello spazio. Grande divano design, tappeti, tavolino da caffè in cemento, specchi, grande tavolo alto per un buffet, bar di fiori, piante, sfondi (su richiesta), altoparlanti, wifi, tappeti, accessori decorativi e una cucina aperta con spazio di stoccaggio sul retro: frigorifero, microonde, forno. Inondato di luce naturale, il nostro studio è ben tenuto, con mobili scelti con cura. Chiediamo ai nostri ospiti di riordinare lo spazio dopo l'uso; anche se è incluso un servizio di pulizia da parte del nostro team. TUTTI GLI OSPITI DEVONO ESSERE RESPONSABILI E RISPETTARE IL LUOGO. ‼️ADULTI RESPONSABILI obbligatori in loco. Nessun evento dopo mezzanotte. È concessa una tolleranza di 30 minuti (fino alle 00:30 per l'ultimo giro). Lo spazio non è destinato a feste notturne. 🚫 Hello 👋🏼 Discover our 2100 square foot industrial studio, a unique space where your projects, whether professional or private, come to life. Located in the Plateau Mont-Royal, this versatile space is ideal for: content creation, photo shoots, video shoots, podcasts, product launches, castings, pop-ups, workshops, as well as for your special events such as bachelorette parties, baby showers, marriage proposals, and more. Our studio is also available for rent for your events. Each decorative element is modular to create the ideal atmosphere. To add a natural touch, take advantage of our flowers bar, as well as a range of vases and accessories to enhance your creations. Here is some info often requested: • Food and drinks: allowed on site! Although we do not offer catering, we are happy to recommend quality local options. • Equipment and decoration: we offer the possibility of renting balloons, arch and chairs, cake display. • Facilities available: enjoy one large high table, studio decorations (sofa, rugs, flowers, plants, backdrops, speakers, wifi, furniture, accessories) and a small kitchen with fridge, microwave and worktop. Flooded with natural light, our studio is well maintained, with carefully chosen furniture. We ask our guests to tidy up the space after use; a cleaning service is available for a fee if needed. We would love to welcome you to our studio! No events past midnight. A 30-minute buffer is allowed (until 12:30 AM for last call). The space is not intended for late-night parties. 🚫

Allison was an exceptional host responsive, flexible, and accommodating. She provided all the necessary amenities, making the stay smooth and comfortable. I would definitely book with her again without hesitation.

The studio is magical. I hosted my baby shower yesterday and I cannot stress enough how perfect this location is. It’s fully furnished, big enough for large groups, comfortable and stylish. The light that comes from the windows is just perfect. I would 10000/10 recommend this location to anyone looking to have a memorable event without having to worry about anything. Allison was so responsive and helpful. I could not have hoped for a better place to host it!

Onestamente, un host fantastico! La comunicazione è stata eccellente e lo studio era perfetto per il nostro evento. Lo spazio era pulito, ben attrezzato e esattamente come descritto. Ci è piaciuto molto e lo affitteremmo sicuramente di nuovo!

Spacious, beautiful setup, great for parties, events, photoshoots! Has a kitchen, a mezzanine (needs to be booked) as well as Sonos speakers that is so loud you don’t even need a DJ! Only issue was the A/C, unit was extremely hot! We opened the windows which saved us! Host was efficient and quick in responding to my questions! Great stay overall ! Would book here again!
