È stata costruita e arredata nel 1972 e per la maggior parte è rimasta invariata da allora. Ha più di 1600 piedi quadrati di spazio con decorazioni per lo più originali intatte; pavimenti, moquette, carta da parati, ecc. Presenta una fantastica sala giochi con pavimento in ardesia completa di pannelli in legno, bar attrezzato e camino in pietra; 2 bagni vintage piastrellati (uno rosa, uno blu), 2 camere da letto (con mobili originali e persino alcuni abiti anni '70), ampio soggiorno con pavimento in quercia (con camino, porte scorrevoli in vetro, divano, poltrone, lampade e tavoli), sala da pranzo con pavimento in quercia (con altre porte scorrevoli in vetro) e cucina (con frigorifero originale funzionante, forno, lampade, piani di lavoro, pentole, padelle, piatti). C'è anche un garage sicuro vuoto di 20’ x 24’ per due auto, perfetto per allestimenti / deposito. Questa casa vanta anche un grande terrazzo avvolgente e un patio in pietra! Esterno in mattoni e pietra situato su 3 acri boscosi. Accesso privato al Lago Candlewood. Un gioiello nascosto che trasuda stile!

What a gem! Greg and Jen are the most helpful hosts I have ever worked with. They keep the house in pristine condition and are all hands in making sure production has what they need- they even let us borrow some extremely rare and unique props that make our film better. You will not find a better location- trust me.

I can't speak highly enough about this location. It was the perfect space for our retro photoshoot. It truly is a "70's Time Capsule." As soon as you step through the front door, you feel like you're transported back in time. It made everything else so easy. Greg was the perfect host. He was super easy to communicate with and stuck around to lend us a helping hand on our shoot day. He made was feel so welcome and he event went the extra mile and helped us out with a prop we needed but didn't have on the day. If you're looking for that vintage 1970s look, this is the perfect space for you. Check it out!

This beautiful home is Amazing and transports you back into the 60's-70's time capsul. Everything aesthetically in the house is original, in tact, unique, stylish, a part of history and just mind blowing. Greg & his wife Jen are the best and very hospitable. I will definitely be back with my team and recommend this gem to be booked by anyone in need to create this era.

Incredible space! My crew and I absolutely loved shooting here. Beautiful space, every single room is amazing as well as the outdoors around the property. Greg was great to deal with, super helpful and easy going. I'll definitely be back here to shoot again.

The house is absolutely amazing and has such incredible character and nostalgic elements throughout. Greg was highly communicative and easy to work with pre-shoot as well as day of. My whole team was very impressed. Highly recommended this space to anyone!

Our team had a fantastic time at our short film shoot at Greg's 70's Time Capsule. From the pre-booking (the owner Greg granted a guided in-person tour, responded within minutes by text to all our questions ~by the way, the location is even more impressive in-person than online~) to the shoot (Greg was hospitable ~he put a pot of coffee on for us~, accessible, helpful, accommodating) we knew we were in good hands. In an industry where property owners and reps can be nightmarish, getting to work with Greg and film in his meticulously preserved property ~everywhere you turn on both floors of this authentic gem is a reminder-of-the-times~ proved one of the best choices we made on this shoot. Highly recommend.
