Loved this space - would definitely recommend. We had a group of 54 for a corporate meeting, and we were able to move around freely and work in break out groups without feeling too cramped. Theo and the team were so helpful. Responded to all my questions really quick, and they were on-site to help with any questions or issues on the day. They had everything set up and ready to go for the day. No issues with technology or sound etc - very smooth sailing. Great location, close to transit and coffee shops. 10/10.

Carlos was fantastic to work with. It was amazing to walk into a place all set up with chairs, tables, projector all set as requested.The place is as it looks, beautiful and spacious.

Pros: Overall, it served us well. We have had help on site and we were looked after once we raised the concern (parking). Carlos was accommodating before the day we needed the space and on the date we used it. Overall a good experience. Well organized inside, the response was good and everyone friendly. I would use it again, but secure parking spaces in advance as a condition (first come first served would not cut it when a larger group needs to unload). Cons: The space looks larger in the picture than it actually is, although 1800 sft. was clear in the description. We were given the impression that there will be sufficient parking which was essential for loading and unloading all the props and filming equipment - on the day of shooting, all of the parking spaces were taken. We got assistance, but it caused stress and wasting time. Two of our vehicles ultimately had to park on the street. There are many smaller size rooms/studios in the building and we experienced a fair amount of hallway activity (hence the full parking). From the back entry there is a long, narrow hallway which makes it a bit difficult with larger equipment or props.

Amazing space! Loved that the projector was set up and ready to go as well. Check-in was seamless and easy. Two bathrooms in the room plus a couch and coat hanger make for an accommodating space. Great areas for backdrops if that is something you are looking for too for photos. Our only disruption was that there was quite a lot of banging on the drums happening from the lower level. We were told there would maybe be a bit of muffled sound, but unfortunately there was quite a bit of drumming coming through the walls during our presentations which was distracting for our speakers and youth participants.

Karen is quick to respond, communicates clearly, and is easy to work with. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this venue to others.

Karen’s space worked wonders for my team to film a couple of acoustic music videos. Absolutely beautiful space with plenty of room. She was also very easy to communicate and organize with. Definitely will be using again for future projects.
