Il nostro appartamento storico del 1912 è comodamente situato nel vivace quartiere commerciale di South Granville, a due passi dal centro città e da Granville Island. Questa luminosa unità esposta a sud vanta 1.100 piedi quadrati di spazio affascinante, completo di angoli unici e dettagli architettonici originali che offrono un'eleganza senza tempo dal sapore europeo. I punti salienti includono porte francesi alte nella sala da pranzo con pannelli in legno, una seconda camera da letto con una scala antincendio in stile New York, un camino funzionante a gas con aspetto in legno e pavimenti originali in legno intarsiato. Un mix organico di arredi antichi e moderni & piante vive insieme a una selezione curata di arte interessante e oggetti da collezione creano l'atmosfera. La cucina ben attrezzata ha pavimenti a scacchi bianchi e neri; il nostro ampio corridoio è ideale per riporre l'attrezzatura; e la seconda camera da letto così come il nostro studio possono essere usati come aree per capelli e trucco. Parcheggio a pagamento e 2 posti in zona di carico/scarico per un facile drop-off sono disponibili proprio accanto all'edificio su Granville Street con vari parcheggi a pagamento a 2 minuti a piedi. L'edificio ha un ascensore. Vari ristoranti sono vicini per pranzi della troupe. The heritage apartment was perfect for my shoot! My client needed some head shots and branding photos with a warm cozy feel and the space was exactly what we’d hoped for. Simon was incredible and helped us rearrange some furniture to create a few different scenes using the natural light from the windows. As a photographer the light was great in the late morning, we had lots of light from the windows. His space is beautiful and clean. Communication was always quick and helpful, and he was very accommodating when my client missed her ferry and we were considering rescheduling.

The Heritage Apartment is absolutely stunning! Rented the space for some photo sessions and it was a dream. The light was perfect. The love and intention to detail that his been put into the space is so apparent. Will definitely be back! Thanks so much!

We had an amazing time here for our birthday pictures!!! The place is beautiful and full of decorations with taste. Even though it’s not a sunny day when we are here but it still looks amazing. The rooms are cozy and 3hrs are not really enough for us because we had so many photo ideas when we were stepping in so we will definitely come back some other day. Simon as the host is super friendly and thoughtful. He messaged us with the details that people don’t usually notice (sunlight situation throughout the day; parking around the building; etc) I would 100% recommend this place ^ ^

Ok. Non posso iniziare a dire quanto sia incredibile questo spazio! Dalle finestre rivolte a sud piene di luce a un milione di diversi scorci in ogni angolo per scattare. Poi, oltre a tutto ciò, il miglior ospite. Simon è adorabile! Sicuramente affitterò di nuovo questo spazio!

Stunning space! Was blown away by everything Simon did for us to our photoshoot. There are so many beautiful areas in the space to allow for a large variety of shots/looks. Highly recommend!
