Nota: Non sono ammesse feste private. Grande casa in stile cottage tradizionale a pianta aperta con un tocco moderno. Ricca di fascino vintage e gusto contemporaneo. Finestre a tutta parete al piano principale e al secondo piano. - Due spazi abitativi, uno in stile cottage moderno con camino e il secondo (senza finestre) vintage contemporaneo. - Ampio ingresso con scala moderna. - Grande sala da pranzo con tavolo di 11 piedi che può ospitare fino a 12 persone. - Grande cucina moderna con pareti in mattoni a vista. - Ampia suite padronale dall'atmosfera intensa. - Sala giochi, stanza per ragazze e spazio per ragazzi. - Grande cortile con spazio esterno contemporaneo. - Grande piscina installata nell'autunno 2025. Carla is the best! We absolutely loved everything about the house, and working with Carla as a host was a breeze. She was incredibly attentive and responded to our questions so quickly. We even overstayed by almost an hour, and she was so kind not to charge us for the extra time. I highly recommend this beautiful space for your future projects. And if you're a cat lover, you'll be delighted to meet the sweetest, friendliest cat - we all adored it!

Absolutely fantastic experience, wonderful host, and perfect suburban home set. We filmed 3 separate ads here over a span of 2 days and had a fantastic experience. The host was extremely professional, helpful and kind. I absolutely recommend this location.
