Le finestre alte permettono molta luce naturale in questo spazio creativo tipo loft. Perfetto per riprese, conferenze e riunioni fuori sede così come per showcase intimi, listening party ed eventi. Situato nel cuore della vivace comunità di Sterling Rd di fronte al Museo di Arte Contemporanea (MOCA) e al Drake Commissary. A due passi dalla stazione UP Express Bloor, sia l'aeroporto internazionale Pierson, l'aeroporto cittadino di Toronto che la Union Station sono raggiungibili in meno di 30 minuti. C'è un lavandino e una superficie per il catering. L'accesso al bagno è all'interno dell'edificio. C'è un ottimo giradischi, amplificatore stereo (con aux) e altoparlanti; si prega di rispettare i vicini (soprattutto durante l'orario d'ufficio). I mobili mostrati sono inclusi nel noleggio (esclusa l'attrezzatura DJ). Ulteriore attrezzatura può essere fornita su richiesta. Molto spazio per riporre custodie o attrezzature significa nessun ingombro. Questo permette anche di modificare la configurazione dei mobili (su richiesta). Per eventi dove si serve alcol è previsto un costo aggiuntivo di $55 per un S.O.P.

We had a great experience using this space for our two photoshoots. The space was bright, clean, and exactly what we needed. Jim, the host, was incredibly communicative and helpful, making sure everything went smoothly. The location was conveniently located in the west end of Toronto on a quiet little street with good access to lots of parking and space to move around and shoot in the neighbourhood. Overall, I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a versatile and well-kept space!
