Questo loft è uno spazio abitativo curato che offre finiture moderne, una cucina funzionale e interni pensati situati nel cuore di Mt. Pleasant. Questo studio open space è luminoso, pulito, accogliente e artistico. Lo spazio ha un'estetica neutra, perfetta per aggiungere i tuoi tocchi personali. Il loft è uno spazio completamente arredato con soffitti di 10', pavimenti in legno, abbondante luce naturale rivolta a sud; il che lo rende una location eccellente per servizi fotografici editoriali, ritratti, prodotti, cibo, interni e lifestyle. C'è una cucina minimalista completamente funzionante che è particolarmente adatta per servizi fotografici/video legati al cibo. Troverai varie opere d'arte fatte a mano, ceramiche e oggetti nel loft, che sei invitato a utilizzare. Caratteristiche extra includono una scrivania funzionale, bagno completo e lavanderia in-suite. Il loft è anche dotato di tende leggere per permettere un'illuminazione diffusa e tende oscuranti per situazioni di illuminazione controllata. Ampio parcheggio in strada disponibile. The space was beautiful with amazing natural light. The space was clean and everything was exactly as advertised. The host was super responsive quick and organized. I would defiantly recommend this space!

Mustaali was very helpful throughout the whole booking process. Beautiful space and we appreciated getting the parking spot for our shoot. Would definitely love to use the space again!

This space was absolutely perfect for shooting a new dining table I designed. There was ample decor items for staging and the place was thoughtfully decorated. Will absolutely use this space again. Couple notes- there are stairs from the parking lot to the elevator so cannot wheel things in, however there is a loading bay that has a height of about 5' that would work perfect if you had a large moving truck. There are only 4 of every matching dish, plates, bowls, cups etc. So if you are staging a larger dinner setting bring your own dishes. But again, the best space Ive ever booked on Giggster, and the host made it very easy with the move in/out process.
