Collegati alla casa in pietra ci sono i Quartieri Francesi: questo affascinante appartamento è decorato in stile francese. Presenta un comodo letto king size, un bellissimo camino decorativo in pietra, un bellissimo tavolo da pranzo antico e un grande divano che può ospitare una persona in più. Il bagno privato dispone di una vasca con piedi a zampa e doccia separata. C'è un piccolo frigorifero per conservare i tuoi alimenti. Se desideri cucinare, c'è una cucina completamente attrezzata accanto nella nostra casa principale disponibile in qualsiasi momento. I Quartieri Francesi sono un piacevole mix di antico e moderno, immersi nelle montagne con boschi rigogliosi, ruscelli e sentieri escursionistici nelle vicinanze. C'è una bellissima vista del canyon durante il giorno e un'abbondanza di stelle di notte. La proprietà dispone di molto parcheggio. Ci sono oltre 100 querce con ruscelli di rocce scolpite coperti da una totale copertura verde. Se hai bisogno di una location rustica e boschiva questo è il posto giusto. Abbiamo avuto registi che hanno riscritto i loro copioni perché si sono innamorati di questo posto. Lo scatto globale di Levi's è stato fatto qui - la loro direttiva era trovare un posto che potesse essere ovunque nel pianeta e hanno detto che questa proprietà si adattava perfettamente a quella descrizione. Abbiamo ospitato molte riprese cinematografiche e fotografiche qui e facciamo sempre del nostro meglio per aiutarli ad avere una ripresa di successo.

I've filmed here two times, and it's a solid location. The forest setting offers a great natural backdrop, and the addition of wooden cabins provides more variety for different types of shoots. The site is well set up for productions, with equipment like generators available for rent, which is convenient. Overall, it's a well-established filming spot that’s been easy to work with. Worth considering for outdoor shoots.

This was a beautiful location to shoot a short film, the interior building is unique and there's enough room to set up equipment. The surrounding environment is also breathtaking and there's a nearby creek that's nice to walk around. There was some issues with sound as there was work being done on the adjoined properties but other than it was a wonderful place to shoot!

Our company, Experience Elemental, launched our nature and forest therapy retreats here. The property is magical, the hillside is so beautiful and there are countless areas to explore throughout the grounds. It's quiet, but easy to get to from all over LA, and the nature makes it feel like you're totally out of the city life. There's ample parking, and the structures are clean and welcoming, with several different buildings and areas to suit your needs. We intend to book with David again. He is helpful, friendly, and responsive. Highly recommend.

Questo posto è stato fantastico! Aveva ottime location esterne per girare un cortometraggio. Gli interni degli edifici erano tutti così unici e sarebbero perfetti anche per riprese o fotografie. David è stato così gentile e accogliente, e ci ha guidato dove dovevamo andare ogni mattina. Consiglierei sicuramente di venire qui se vuoi un ottimo posto per il tuo prossimo servizio di riprese!

David and Leah's spot was perfect for our music video shoot -- we had a great time and felt super welcome at the property. David was present to answer any questions we might have and even graciously offered to give us a tour of the entire property. Everything went well for us -- however the only thing I would note is that this is also an airbnb property and upon my crew's arrival there were 3-4 other guests actively using the kitchen and living room area that we rented out and were intending to shoot our music video in. The guests were respectful but definitely hung around longer than we would've liked asking us questions about our project. I was unaware that the space we rented was a shared space until David let me know that there would be some people coming in and out of the stone house kitchen and living room. Within an hour and a half the Airbnb guests cleared out and were no longer a nuisance but in general I think when someone books this listing I think David should tell airbnb guests that they won't have access to the living room and kitchen at the stone house once the production crew arrives (as we paid for that space and needed it for our shoot). I think there was probably just an overlap of an hour or two... but either way I think that's something in the future that could be laid out more clearly for a potential renter as well as a potential airbnb guest! As far as shooting video goes -- having random people around slowing down production down on an already jam packed day isn't ideal. This is really the only complaint I had of the property -- besides that we had an exceptional time and would definitely book with David and Leah again.

This set is one of the favorites that I have worked on in California. With a bit of a drive and some rough roads, it's a great spot for people to film any kind of cabin "in the woods" type scene. The owner is super nice and helps out with any additional info needed.
